What a palaver! The difference a customised chart makes
December 15, 2016When I became a Mother
March 11, 2018Hello.
It’s been a while since either of us last posted but we think that we are coming out of the newborn wilderness…I mean, Rufus is nearly a bloody toddler!
Embracing the number four has taken quite some getting used to…
We both felt as though we were first time parents again when it had only been a mere two years since we had done it before. Changing a newborn nappy was interesting. We could not remember what they had to wear and sleep deprivation when you have a newborn and a toddler reaches a whole new level (you know that time when your friends sans children tell you how tired they are? Well this time you can actually envisage murdering them when they utter those words rather than just hating on them!)
Add this to having to ensure that the existing Stock cube doesn’t feel left out, keeping the house tidy, washing done, dinners cooked, trying to maintain a social life (we’ve probably failed on that one!), sorting your head out and getting through the life changing fog that comes with the welcoming of a new child means that we’ve become a bit lazy with the blog!
That is about to change.
Welcome back to our blogging space. A place to document our memories 🙂
